摘要:
为探究不同微量元素叶面喷施对烟叶中常规化学成分和香味物质的影响,分别于团棵期、旺长期和成熟期(打顶当天)各喷施1次不同浓度的硫酸锌、硼酸和壳聚糖。结果表明:不同处理条件下,烤烟烟叶中常规化学成分的含量不同,不同处理间类胡萝卜素降解产物、新植二烯、香味物质总量(除去新植二烯)、芳香族氨基酸类物质总量、苯甲醛含量、苯乙醇含量等香味物质的含量大小均不同,综合考虑,喷施0.01%硫酸锌+0.05%硼酸+100 mg/L 壳聚糖有利于优质烟叶的形成,能显著提高烟叶香气成分含量。
