摘要:
取连作2年的黄瓜土壤进行盆栽试验,分别种植番茄、白菜、萝卜,以连作3年的黄瓜土壤为对照。定期测定各处理土壤养分含量、pH值、土壤中微生物数量及土壤酶活性等,评估黄瓜连作对后荐作物土壤环境的影响。结果表明:连作3年黄瓜土壤中速效磷、速效钾含量相对较高;微生物总量较少但真菌含量相对较高;轮作可以提高土壤有机质含量,增加土壤酶活性,改善土壤环境,减轻连作障碍;与连作黄瓜相比,种植其他作物的土壤中脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶、多酚氧化酶活性均有不同程度的提高。
