摘要:
从知识产权创新、保护、管理、运营4个维度构建种子企业知识产权竞争力评价指标体系和评价模型，以AB公司为例进行实证性研究。结果显示：2008—2014年AB公司知识产权竞争力总体呈上升趋势，年均增长率为3.2%。从单项指标值来看，该企业知识产权管理能力和保护能力较强，但创新能力和运营能力不足。实证研究结论虽是从AB公司推算出来的，但也反映出我国规模化种子企业的普遍问题。因此，笔者提出针对性改进策略，以期为种子企业全面提升知识产权竞争力提供有益借鉴和参考。
