摘要:
以皮兰德龙和索邦为亲本进行百合杂交育种,探讨亲本的花粉活力,并进行正反交试验,比较正反交的结实率,通过胚培养技术在克服受精后障碍的应用,同时比较不同培养基对杂交胚生长效果的影响。结果表明:2个百合品种常规杂交,无论正反交授粉都不能得到杂交种子;采用切割柱头授粉方式,其杂交的子房膨大率均值达51%;离体胚培养最佳培养基含5%蔗糖、0.2 mg/L 6-BA、0.01 mg/L NAA。
