摘要:
为研究β-环糊精-尿素包合物溶液对青稞种子萌发的影响,用不同浓度的纯尿素、纯β-环糊精和β-环糊精-尿素包合物溶液处理青稞种子,结果表明,尿素浓度为5.0 g/L时,包合物可使青稞种子发芽率达82.0%,而纯尿素仅为30.5%,包合作用还能有效降低尿素对青稞种子根和幼苗生长的影响。
