摘要:
为了掌握郑州市奶牛隐性乳腺炎发病情况,为奶牛隐性乳腺炎病的预防提供参考依据,结合LMT检测方法进行隐性乳腺炎细菌学分析,对郑州市泌乳期960头奶牛进行细菌的分离和鉴定。结果表明,感染的细菌主要有金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、停乳链球菌,大肠杆菌、乳房链球菌、革兰氏阳性杆菌和酵母菌等27个菌株,其中3个乳区为混合感染。结果显示,郑州市奶牛隐性乳腺炎感染普遍存在,葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌是奶牛隐性乳腺炎的主要致病菌。
