摘要:
以M0901-2-2-5(1#)等9个结球甘蓝为试验材料,研究不同浓度NaCl对甘蓝种子发芽率及幼苗根长、苗长的影响。结果表明,随NaCl浓度增大,9个结球甘蓝品种的种子发芽率逐渐降低,其幼苗的根长、苗长逐渐变小;NaCl处理浓度与M0901-2-2-5、ZS-2-1-3-3(7#)、0905-1-12-2-5(8#)、G013-2-3(9#)这4个甘蓝种子的发芽率及幼苗根长、苗长有一定的负相关性,NaCl对甘蓝幼苗根的抑制作用强于苗;不同甘蓝品种对NaCl溶液的耐受能力不同,品种ZS-2-1-3-3、G013-2-3的耐盐性能相对最佳;0.2% NaCl浓度处理对ZS-2-1-3-3根、0905-1-12-2-5幼苗生长有促进作用。
