摘要:

农产品地理标志的认证与开发是农产品知识产权保护的重要举措。目前世界上出现了以法国、美国、日本为代表的3种农产品地理标志管理体系。在借鉴国际农产品管理体系的基础上，结合我国农产品地理标志管理现状，从法律保护模式、政府主导机制、行业协会制度、供应链管理模式、区域品牌管理等方面提出了与我国发展相关的保护农产品地理标志的对策与建议。
