摘要:
为证明蚓粪可以作为泥炭替代材料应用于双孢蘑菇覆土中,并提高蘑菇产量,以蚓粪与珍珠岩体积比分别为1 ∶0、3 ∶1、1 ∶1、1 ∶3配伍作为双孢蘑菇覆土材料,使用纯泥炭作为对照,测定不同覆土处理的理化性质并统计蘑菇产量。当蚓粪和珍珠岩比例为1 ∶3,其持水率、容重、孔隙度和泥炭相当,与泥炭作为覆土材料相比双孢蘑菇提前 4 d 收获,产量提高24%。研究结果表明,蚓粪作为蘑菇覆土材料具有重要的应用潜力。
