摘要:
为了解喀斯特山区野生燕麦种子对盐胁迫耐性的遗传机制,利用不同浓度NaCl对喀斯特山区野生燕麦种子进行萌发处理。结果表明,在不同温度和NaCl浓度胁迫下,野生燕麦种子萌发受到明显抑制,盐浓度小于 150 mmol/L 时,20 ℃ 培养的野生燕麦种子萌发受到盐胁迫程度小于25 ℃;随盐浓度增加,野生燕麦种子萌发特性(发芽势、发芽率、活力指数)均有所下降;野生燕麦种子的耐盐临界度为50 mmol/L,极限耐盐度为200 mmol/L。
