摘要:
为探明西葫芦日光温室中黄瓜花叶病毒病发生规律和防虫网隔离瓜蚜对该病毒病的防控效果,于2014、2015年在山东济南地区开展田间定点调查和室内PCR检测试验。结果表明,在春季日光温室西葫芦生长期,西葫芦带毒植株4月中旬开始出现,之后带毒率逐渐上升,5月下旬达30%左右。黄瓜花叶病毒病的发生与瓜蚜密度密切相关,瓜蚜密度达到一定程度后,出现西葫芦带毒植株,瓜蚜进入迅速增长期后,西葫芦带毒株率亦呈上升趋势;春季日光温室中带毒瓜蚜在4月中旬开始出现,而后带毒率呈逐渐上升趋势,5月下旬达36.11%~45.56%。西葫芦生长期用100目防虫网隔离可降低西葫芦植株带毒率。该研究能为日光温室西葫芦病毒病科学防控提供理论依据。
