摘要:
针对欠发达地区开展农业供给侧结构性改革面临的弱势情境，突破主流农产品供应链和农业产业化思维，基于替代性食物网络(AFNs)的生态性、可持续性、社区发展和本土性特征与我国农业供给侧结构性改革相关政策的内在契合点，提出“多阶段二维协同”的欠发达地区农业供给侧结构性改革路径。主张欠发达地区应坚持特色农业发展方向，在挖掘区域“适应优势”的基础上，以AFNs的建设和拓展为主线，分4个阶段开展农业生产供给侧结构性改革；同时发挥“互联网+”技术优势，促进配套的农业服务供给侧结构性改革的协同发展，从而有效克服AFNs固有的“空间接近”短板，推动AFNs与主流农业产业链集成发展以及三产融合发展，逐渐实现将欠发达地区农业“适应优势”转化为综合优势的目标。
