摘要:
家庭农场形成较早,是各国普遍采用的一种农业经营模式,学界给予了高度关注。新型职业农民则出现得较晚,且该提法也不具有普遍性,研究相对较少。新型职业农民主导下的家庭农场规模经营是中国当前的实践热点问题,有必要对其相关理论观点进行整理。首先,回顾新型职业农民的内涵、成员结构、培育,重点介绍培育的必要性、模式、效果;其次,梳理家庭农场内涵、特征、发展现状、优势、影响规模的因素、适度规模界定、经营绩效及风险,并重点聚焦经营绩效,包括指标体系的构建、评估以及绩效影响因素等。再次,分析新型职业农民与家庭农场耦合机制的研究成果。最后进行述评与展望。
