摘要:
拟建立同时检测曲霉代谢物中黄曲霉毒素和菌种鉴定的超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(HPLC-TOF/MS)测定方法。寄生曲霉(菌株CGMCC3.124)经PD液体培养基培养,QuEChERS方法提取净化后经飞行时间质谱质量分析器分析(正离子模式),检出CGMCC3.124代谢物中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)、黄曲霉毒素B2(AFB2)、黄曲霉毒素G1(AFG1)、黄曲霉毒素G2(AFG2)、O-甲基杂色曲霉素(MST)、杂色曲霉素(ST)、青霉酸(青霉酸)、曲酸(曲酸)8种代谢物。结果表明,在一定培养条件下霉菌代谢产物稳定,通过代谢软件和统计学分析,可以快速建立一种霉菌有毒代谢物筛选和分类鉴定的方法,为产毒霉菌分类系统提供一定的补充。
