摘要:
探讨了红枫湖樱桃花粉的长期保存条件。结果显示,室温下干燥3 h的花粉-196 ℃保存萌芽率最高(8571%),随后急剧下降,12 h时仅54.65%。而-196、-80、-20 ℃下保存时,4 ℃下干燥时间延长并未导致萌发率急剧下降,均在85%左右。-80 ℃及-20 ℃保存过程中将花粉取出进行干燥会引起萌发率急剧下降,-20 ℃下每周干燥6 h,4周后萌发率仅52.06%。活力检测采用离体萌发法和授粉法,-80 ℃及-20 ℃保存1年后的花粉授粉坐果率与新鲜花粉无显著差异。
