摘要:
基于农业部农民田间学校试点项目数据，从社会学习的视角研究了农民在传统社会网络和以农民田间学校为载体的新型社会网络中的社会学习行为。结果表明，农民在传统社会网络中的社会学习具有明显的群体性，表现为农业技术知识交流行为发生在农业知识得分相似的个体之间。而在以农民田间学校为载体的社会网络中，不同农业知识得分的农民之间存在农业技术知识的交流和互动，进而有利于农业生产知识和技术由高分群体向低分群体扩散。因此，未来的农业推广工作需要重视社会网络中学习的重要作用，进一步创新农业推广的制度和方法。
