摘要:
四大怀药即怀山药、怀地黄、怀牛膝、怀菊花,均是我国传统的道地药材,具有抗菌消炎、抗病毒、抗衰老等多种功效。现代药理学研究表明,四大怀药中的部分化学成分还具有抗肿瘤生物活性。与放化疗等传统治疗肿瘤的手段相比,四大怀药因药食同源、绿色天然而在预防及治疗肿瘤中具有巨大潜能。因此,对四大怀药的化学成分和抗肿瘤作用及机制进行系统综述,以期为四大怀药在抗肿瘤方面的深入研究和开发利用提供理论依据。
