摘要:
伴随着城市化进程的不断加速，城市居民的心理压力日益增大，焦虑症、抑郁症等心理问题与疾病也更为普遍。笔者基于心理学中心理保健的概念，结合风景园林学的内涵与方法，提出了风景园林学心理保健的定义。基于人对外界视觉、听觉、嗅觉、触觉、味觉的5种感受途径，城市绿地运用风景园林的方法来对城市居民的心理保健产生积极作用。得出城市绿地心理保健的功能有愉悦市民心理、缓解负向情绪、促进居民交往、防控心理疾病，最后提出4点未来城市绿地心理保健的研究方向。
