摘要:
文冠果是我国北方重要的木本粮油树种和生态经济树种,但是其传粉生物学性质导致坐果率较低,已经成为产业发展的瓶颈。有关授粉机制问题,特别是风媒或虫媒的贡献也颇有争议。为此,拟在文冠果主要种植区之一——辽宁省朝阳市建平县开展人工放养喀尔巴阡蜂辅助文冠果授粉的研究。结果表明,蜜蜂辅助授粉能够明显提高文冠果的坐果率;风向会影响蜜蜂的活动能力,迎风向(蜂箱南方)的坐果率较顺风向(蜂箱北方)高32.58%;蜜蜂授粉效率有严重的距离限制,有效传粉距离为300 m。研究结果还表明,文冠果为虫媒植物,风媒作用甚微;花期偏早、授粉昆虫的活动能力弱是文冠果坐果率低的主要原因之一。
