摘要:
为了研发1种黄颡鱼鲇鱼爱德华氏菌弱毒活疫苗,以开展候选弱毒株的筛选,从湖州地区患“裂头病”的黄颡鱼体内分离到1株细菌,暂命名为AW30726K。应用理化特性及16S rRNA对其进行鉴定,并展开致病性和免疫原性研究。结果显示,AW30726K为鲇鱼爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella ictaluri),该菌对黄颡鱼(100±2) g的LD50为9.33×109 CFU/mL,不同免疫途径下的活菌免疫保护率为74%~100%,血清抗体效价均在21 d达到峰值,且免疫效果以注射免疫为最佳,而浸泡与口服免疫效果相近。上述研究表明,新分离的AW30726K为鲇鱼爱德华氏菌弱毒株,能有效防御鲇鱼爱德华氏菌的感染,可作为弱毒疫苗的候选株。
