摘要:
为使印度梨形孢尽早应用于农业生产,首先采用响应面法对液体发酵条件进行优化;其次在玉米大田试验中,用拌种法和灌根g法施生物菌肥;最后在玉米生长各时期对根长、株高进行测量,对根部菌的共生情况进行检测。结果表明,最佳培养条件是初始pH值为6.02、培养温度为27.55 ℃、转速为178.2 r/min,通过发酵优化大大提高了菌体产量,经检测印度梨形孢定殖于玉米根中,施肥组的生物总量、玉米产量和主根长显著高于对照组,其中拌种加灌根产量最高。
