摘要:
以茄幼苗为供试材料,以草炭、蛭石体积比为2 ∶ 1的基质为对照,研究椰糠、蚯蚓粪不同配比基质理化性质及其对茄幼苗生长、生理特性的影响。结果表明,增加蚯蚓粪的基质其容重、通气孔隙度、pH值、EC值提高,基质总孔隙度、持水孔隙度降低;随蚯蚓粪添加比例升高,茄出苗率呈下降趋势,全椰糠基质的茄出苗率相对最高;当椰糠 ∶ 蚯蚓粪=2 ∶ 1时,茄幼苗根系生长相对较好,株高、茎粗、叶面积、根冠比相对最大,而丙二醛含量相对最低,可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、叶绿素含量相对最高。因此,椰糠 ∶ 蚯蚓粪=2 ∶ 1的基质比较适合茄穴盘育苗,在生产上可推广应用。
