摘要:
以海带为原料,对海带多糖进行提取及脱色研究。超声波辅助提取最佳工艺条件为热水温度70 ℃、提取时间75 min、液料比70 mL ∶1 g、超声波功率140 W,在此条件下海带多糖提取率可达4.21%。活性炭脱色适宜工艺条件为活性炭剂量9 g/L,温度60 ℃,时间25 min,在此条件下脱色率可达46.27%,多糖损失率为7.13%。
