摘要:
为了探究猪苓的保健作用，研究用水煮浸提法提取猪苓药用成分，并分别测定浸提液中的多酚、黄酮、多糖及蛋白质的提取量，通过正交试验对提取工艺中的温度、料液比、浸提时间等因素进行优化，用综合评分法确定最佳提取条件。结果表明：在提取温度为80 ℃、料液比1 g ∶40 mL的条件下浸提4 h时，浸提液中多酚、黄酮和多糖总量最高，此组合最优。
