摘要:
以南京市某化工废料堆场的有机污染土壤为研究对象，以甲苯、硝基苯、萘、菲为模型污染物，应用生物堆修复技术修复有机污染土壤，研究不同工艺下生物堆对土壤有机污染物的降解效果。结果表明：加入2%菇渣作为土壤结构及理化性质改良剂，能有效改善土壤通气能力和持水能力，增加土壤有机质含量，显著提高有机污染物降解率。加入2%厩肥，增加了微生物碳源，促进微生物新陈代谢，有助于提高堆体温度和有机污染物降解率。本示范工程中，2%菇渣+主动曝气+被动曝气+自然通风的堆体运行工艺的环境效果和经济效益最佳。
