摘要:
21世纪，知识产权争夺的重心开始向农业及种子领域扩展，使得种业产权得到空前发展。在种子产业价值链的增值活动中，产业活动的核心内容围绕着种业知识产权发展的全过程，即种业产权的构思、创造与开发、交易与最终消费。本研究旨在从价值链视角探讨种子产业发展与知识产权保护的内在联系，通过分析不同阶段的价值活动与知识产权保护特点，提出更具现实意义的推动种子产业发展的知识产权保护方法与途径。
