摘要:
文化休闲型新农村是乡村旅游和新农村建设的重要类型之一，随着我国新型城镇化的快速发展，文化休闲型新农村的原有乡村价值面临着新的优化和再造问题。基于波特价值链理论，从游客价值、居民价值2个方面对文化休闲型新农村价值体系进行了再造；并以游客价值、居民价值的实现程度为2个变量构建了文化休闲型新农村价值矩阵，提炼出4种文化休闲型新农村发展模式；依据帕累托最优理论选出文化休闲型新农村的帕累托最优模式——融合型文化休闲新农村发展模式，并探讨了该模式的价值实现条件与途径。
