摘要:
从感病雪莲果叶片的病斑上分离得到一种病原菌，根据病害症状特点、病原菌培养性状、病原菌形态特征等方面进行鉴定，确定该病原菌为镰刀菌属(Fusarium sp.)真菌；药剂室内毒力试验结果表明，5种杀菌剂对镰刀叶斑病病原菌的毒力由高到低依次为20%烯肟·戊唑醇悬浮剂、37%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂、10%苯醚菌酯悬浮剂、25%丙环唑乳油和400 g/L氟硅唑乳油，以20%烯肟·戊唑醇悬浮剂的抑菌效果最好，其EC50为0.199 2 mg/L。
