摘要:
将农产品质量视为一个多维构念,考虑农产品2类典型的质量特征类型(望小、望目),构建多元质量特征过程目标均值模型,分析价格与质量标准对不同类型农产品质量特征的影响。通过算例分析发现,价格变动对不同质量特征农产品的影响不同,价格上升能显著提高望小类特征农产品的质量水平,高、低等级市场之间的价格差拉大有利于提高望目类农产品的质量水平。对于望小类质量特征农产品,在一定范围内严格的标准比宽松的标准对质量的激励效果更好,适当放宽望目类农产品质量特征的标准,对望小类特征质量水平的提高具有正向的激励作用。
