摘要:
城镇与乡村作为一种非均质的地域经济空间，是人类赖以生存、活动和发展的地域实体。西部地区城乡二元经济结构矛盾突出，成为解决“三农”问题、构建和谐社会的重要阻碍。通过改造传统农业，发展特色农业，加强公共物品供给、乡村工业化和乡村城镇化等发展路径，破解城乡二元结构，推进西部农业现代化发展。
