摘要:
研究百安威、乐多源活菌、EM菌等3种有益微生物剂与凡纳滨对虾育苗效果的关系，筛选育苗使用效果最佳的微生物制剂种类以及科学的使用方法。结果显示：百安威最佳投放浓度为6 mg/L，成苗率达到28.0%；乐多源最佳投放浓度为7 mg/L，成苗率达到24.8%；EM菌最佳投放浓度为7 mg/L，成苗率达到23.3%；而对照组成苗率仅为12.5%。与对照组相比，投喂百安威、乐多源活菌、EM菌等3种有益微生物剂的凡纳滨对虾成苗率分别提高15.5%、12.3%、10.8%。其中，投喂百安威的育苗效果最好。3种微生物生物制剂在对虾育苗过程中投放3~4次效果较佳。
