摘要:
以大花君子兰(Clivia miniata)为试验材料，研究不同花期花药形态、结构与花粉发育的关系。显微镜观察花药形态发育，石蜡切片法观察花药结构、花粉发育情况。结果显示，君子兰花药先进行长度增长，再逐渐加粗，散粉后花药逐渐萎蔫；绿蕾期花药绿色，4个裂瓣形状，花粉沟有少量花粉散出。结果表明，绿蕾期花药最适合小孢子培养取材。
