摘要:
以耐湿涝瓠瓜类型砧木材料JZS与不耐湿涝瓠瓜材料T2002为亲本,利用单粒播种传代至F4代,构建包含101个家系的重组近交系(RIL)。对双亲和群体进行湿涝处理后,观测植株第1张真叶黄化破损情况,统计地下根数、不定根数以及子叶节以上/下不定根突起数等5个瓠瓜耐湿涝表型性状,用SPSS软件分析表型性状在双亲和群体中的差异显著性。结果表明,合并子叶以上不定根数和子叶以下不定根数2个性状为不定根突起1个性状后,4个耐湿涝表型性状(第1张真叶黄化破损情况、地下根数、不定根数、不定根突起数)在双亲中差异显著;群体在不定根数和不定根突点2个性状中表现超亲优势。地下根数、不定根数和不定根突起在群体中符合正态分布,第1张真叶黄化破损情况表现负偏态。最后对表型性状可能存在的遗传规律进行分析。
