摘要:
在避雨盆栽条件下,研究夏黑、5BB、贝达等砧木对阳光玫瑰葡萄幼苗叶片光合特性的影响。结果发现,不同葡萄砧木嫁接的阳光玫瑰幼苗叶片净光合速率日变化基本呈双峰型曲线。叶片净光合速率日变化存在差异,所有组合在上午均保持在一个较高水平,但是阳光玫瑰扦插苗明显强于砧穗3个组合。不同砧穗组合对阳光玫瑰幼苗叶片光合特性有不同程度影响,几个组合之间气孔导度、蒸腾速率等指标差异很大。表明阳光玫瑰扦插苗是较好的选择。
