摘要:
采用自制的调查问卷开展实证研究，旨在对构成农民远程学习障碍的潜在决定因素进行探索性因子分析，找出严重影响农民远程学习的障碍因子。结果表明：农民普遍存在着学习障碍，按其影响程度从大到小排列依次为时间管理障碍、支持服务障碍、支持条件障碍、学习技能障碍、教学资源障碍、学习心理障碍。在数据分析基础上，提出了克服农民远程学习障碍的对策建议。
