摘要:
将18只60日龄阉割波杂山羊,随机分为3组,即对照组、诱发组和防控组,每组各6只。对照组饲喂精料和稻草;诱发组饲喂精料和稻草的同时,加喂精料量1.5%的氧化镁;防控组在饲喂精料、稻草及添加精料量1.5%的氧化镁的同时,再加喂精料量1.0%的碳酸钙和0.5%氯化钠。经预饲期后试验期为30 d。结果表明,(1)对照组和防控组均未发现临床型尿石症;(2)添加氧化镁的诱发组山羊有5只发生临床型尿石症。由此推断,高镁日粮是诱发山羊尿石症的重要因素,在疑有高镁的日粮中添加适量的碳酸钙和氯化钠可以有效防止尿石症的发生。
