摘要:
在当前互联网经济日益发展的时代背景下，农村经济受到电子商务的影响已经日益凸显。基于陕西省农村电子商务的发展现状及“互联网+”对农村电子商务发展的影响视角，提出适合陕西省农村电子商务发展的路径对于改善县域经济，促进陕西省发挥“一带一路”中心区域作用具有重要意义。从提高陕西省农村电子商务的基础设施建设(主要包括通信网络基础设施、物流网络基础设施、公共服务基础设施)到进一步强化陕西省农村电子商务支撑环境的建设(主要包括线上平台环境、投融资体系、信用体系、线下园区)，最终有效推进陕西省农村电子商务的行业应用和健全陕西省农村电子商务的保障机制，以此来促进陕西省农村电子商务的健康快速发展，从而有效实现陕西省农村社会经济的跨越式发展。
