摘要:
农村电子商务的快速发展对复合型人才的需求也不断提高，针对目前地方高校农村电子商务人才培养与企业实际需求存在的脱节问题，从涉农科技、电商销售、生产服务、科学管理等方面深入分析农村电子商务对于人才的需求。并对地方高校农村电子商务人才培养路径进行创新，提出打造嵌入式培养新模式、完善实践育人的新机制、搭建多元化育人新平台等对策，为地方高校培养农村电子商务应用型人才提供借鉴和思考。
