摘要:
在坑式无土栽培条件下,设置限根(坑内两壁和底部铺膜)、半限根(坑内两壁和底部铺膜,每隔10~15 cm用直径2.5 cm的钢管将底部膜穿孔)、对照(坑内不铺膜)3种方式栽种西瓜,于2016年8月28日西瓜膨大期采用英国Hansatech公司生产的FMS-2型脉冲调制式荧光仪测定植株顶部向下第1张完全展开功能叶片的叶绿素荧光参数,在10月25日西瓜采收期测定果实横纵径、单果质量、糖度、可滴定酸等果实性状。结果表明,限根栽培、半限根栽培都会使西瓜的最大纵横径、单果质量减小,不利于产量的形成,果实的边缘可溶性固形物含量有明显提高;半限根栽培的西瓜与限根栽培相比产量有明显提高,因其有较高的光合潜力,有利于形成较高的产量。
