摘要:
用0.2%甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)处理黔糖5号甘蔗愈伤组织4 h,在100 g/L PEG胁迫下进行抗旱性突变体筛选,得到抗旱诱变植株。在盆栽条件下对抗旱突变体进行干旱胁迫,测定甘蔗幼苗叶片的质膜透性、叶绿素荧光参数等相关生理指标。结果表明,突变株系的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)增强,游离脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量维持高水平,丙二醛(MDA)含量减少,细胞膜透性减小。对抗旱指标叶绿素荧光参数、相对电导率、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量等进行综合评价,诱变植株B1、B2、B5各项抗旱指标靠前。说明经EMS诱变和PEG筛选得到的抗性植株在耐旱性方面比对照强,筛选的甘蔗突变体比对照具有更强的抗旱性。
