摘要:
从野生大豆根瘤内分离出菌株Y1并对其进行分子生物学鉴定，观察其特性以及对大豆的促生作用。16S rDNA鉴定表明，菌株Y1为高地芽孢杆菌(Bacillus altitudinis)；采用Salkowski法验证该菌株产生长素(IAA)的能力，发现其产IAA的量为38.49 mg/L。同时该内生菌具有解有机磷和无机磷的能力，溶磷量分别为71.48、15236 mg/L。将菌剂接种到大豆幼苗后观察其促生能力，结果显示，接种该菌株可显著增加大豆的株高和根长，同时，大豆叶片光合参数也有所提升。该结果可为研发新型微生物肥料提供优质菌种，为进一步研究芽孢杆菌属促生潜力提供理论依据。
