摘要:
莼菜是一种传统的珍稀水生蔬菜,具有丰富的营养价值和多种生物活性,深受人们的喜爱。本文主要从5个方面对莼菜进行综述,并对莼菜的研究和发展进行展望。从生长环境与分布、形态、解剖学、遗传学等4个方面阐述了莼菜的特性特征,以期为研究莼菜与环境间的适应机理、保证莼菜引种扩种以及保护莼菜种质资源提供理论依据;对莼菜的营养价值与生物活性进行介绍,为深入研究莼菜应用价值、开发莼菜食品、抗菌抗肿瘤药物等新型莼菜产品提供依据;结合莼菜的生长环境、设施栽培、种苗的选育与定植和水肥管理对莼菜的栽培技术、生产机械进行介绍,以期指导田间莼菜生产工作,提高莼菜的产量和质量;介绍莼菜田主要病虫害的发生情况和防治措施,提出开发安全低毒、低残留、环境友好易降解的植物源农药具有重要意义;对莼菜中农药残留现状进行概述,提出建立一种快速高效莼菜农残的检测方法对于加强田间管理、改善水体环境、保证莼菜高质量生产具有重要意义。
