摘要:
采用硅胶柱层析、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20以及半制备型高效液相色谱等分离手段，从黄花棘豆提取物中得到21个生物碱成分，分别鉴定为苦参碱、异苦参碱、别苦参碱、槐定碱、氧化槐定碱、(—)-7，11-去氢苦参碱、12，13-去氢苦参碱、12，13-去氢槐定碱、13，14-去氢槐定碱、槐胺碱、7β-槐胺碱、5β，7β-槐胺碱、5β-氧化槐胺碱、槐醇、8β-羟基槐定碱、(—)-14β-羟基苦参碱、Ochrocephalamine A、N-甲基金雀花碱、白羽扇豆碱、(+)-17-氧代白羽扇豆碱、氧化白羽扇豆碱。化合物2、化合物3、化合物5、化合物8~化合物9、化合物11~化合物16、化合物18、化合物20、化合物21为首次从该植物中分离得到。采用浸虫浸叶法对12个含量较大的化合物进行抗斜纹夜蛾幼虫活性测试，结果显示除化合物6以外，其余11个化合物均表现出一定的杀虫活性，且化合物12表现出较强的杀虫活性，浓度为10 mg/mL时72 h的校正死亡率为58.0%。
