摘要:
为筛选功能性物质种质资源,综合比较25个不同新疆杏品种成熟期果实单果重、纵横径、果形指数、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、总酚及总黄酮含量。利用SPSS软件,对指标进行相关性分析和聚类分析,将25个杏品种进行逐一筛选。结果表明,不同新疆杏品种果实单果重、纵横径、果形指数、硬度、可溶性固形物含量、总酚及总黄酮含量存在显著差异(P<0.05),平均值分别为33.43 g、40.13 mm、37.90 mm、1.06、4.23 kg/cm2、18.46%、20.96 mg/100 g、17.42 mg/100 g,且不同品种间单果重与纵横径、纵径与横径、总酚含量与总黄酮含量之间呈极显著正相关关系(P<0.01)。聚类分析结果表明,25个杏品种主要聚为两大类,第1类包括22个品种,第2类仅有3个品种,且当距离系数为15时,显示紫杏单独聚为一类,其总酚含量和总黄酮含量最高,分别为62.88 mg/100 g和61.00 mg/100 g。故紫杏可作为功能性物质种质资源,为研究培育高酚高黄酮含量类杏品种提供遗传新种质。
