摘要:
规模化养殖场带来的环境污染问题引发了养殖场与周边农户之间的纷争,纠纷快速解决取决于企业能准确地把握周边居民的受偿意愿。为了探究社会网络在农户环境补偿意愿的影响,基于某国际食品公司养殖场附近181个农户家庭的调查数据,采用条件估值法量化农户受偿意愿,运用Ucinet测算农户社会网络参数,借助Logit、Tobit与OLS模型评估社会网络对于农户受偿意愿的影响。结果表明:社会网络对农户是否接受金钱补偿无显著影响,但对于愿意接受补偿农户而言,社会网络显著影响其受偿意愿;具体而言,点度中心度、中间中心度均正向影响农户的受偿意愿,接近中心度负向影响农户的受偿意愿,即靠近社会网络中心的农户受偿意愿更高。这是因为靠近中心地位的农户,在交往路径上具有控制群体间信息传递的能力,因此可能对其他农户的受偿意愿产生影响,农户在做出受偿意愿决策时往往会向高社会地位的农户看齐。因此,本文认为规模化养殖场应基于相应指标定位关键人群以有效解决纷争,稳定生产。
