摘要:
为探究银杏叶超微粉对雏鸡生长性能、免疫力及其盲肠微生物菌落的影响,试验以1周龄的270羽健康雪峰山乌骨鸡苗为试验动物,随机分为对照组(基础日粮)、试验Ⅰ组(基础日粮+200 mg/kg银杏叶超微粉)、试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+400 mg/kg银杏叶超微粉)、试验Ⅲ组(基础日粮+600 mg/kg银杏叶超微粉)、试验Ⅳ组(基础日粮+800 mg/kg 银杏叶超微粉)和试验Ⅴ组(基础日粮+1 000 mg/kg银杏叶超微粉),每组设3个重复,每个重复15羽。共试验42 d(预饲期为7 d,正饲期为35 d),每天测定各组雏鸡的采食量,每隔7 d测量各组雏鸡的平均体重,待试验结束后,测定各组雏鸡血液中免疫蛋白的含量及其免疫器官的重量,测量各组雏鸡十二指肠的肠绒毛长度;提取各组雏鸡盲肠微生物DNA,利用DGGE技术分析各组雏鸡盲肠微生物差异。结果表明,与对照组相比,各试验组雏鸡的平均日增重及日采食量均明显提高,其中试验15~21 d后试验Ⅳ组的平均日增重提高最为显著(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);试验各组雏鸡法氏囊、脾脏及胸腺指数均随银杏叶超微粉投放量增高而出现先升高再降低趋势(P<0.05),其中,以试验Ⅳ组雏鸡的法氏囊、脾脏及胸腺指数最高;各试验组雏鸡血清中的IgA、IgG、IgM含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中,试验Ⅳ组雏鸡血清中所含的IgA、IgG、IgM含量最高;各试验组雏鸡十二指肠的肠绒毛长度明显长于对照组,其中试验Ⅳ组雏鸡十二指肠的肠绒毛长度最长;此外,雏鸡盲肠微生物菌落随银杏叶超微粉投放量增高而出现降低。上述结果表明,日粮添加800 mg/kg银杏叶超微粉能显著提高雏鸡生长性能与免疫力。
