摘要:
甘薯是我国重要的粮食作物,碳水化合物是其根部的主要营养成分,然而从大田生长期至储藏期结束这一完整生产过程中甘薯根部碳水化合物的变化规律尚未见报道。以甘薯品种商薯19、郑红22、郑红23号为试验材料,对其大田生长期的相关农艺性状进行调查,并对大田生长期和储藏期的根部碳水化合物含量及蔗糖合成酶活性进行动态分析。结果表明,3个品种大田生长期地上部茎叶鲜质量均呈抛物线形变化,且均在栽后75 d达到峰值,郑红22和商薯19茎叶前中期生长及后期衰老速度均较快,而郑红23号茎叶前中期生长较慢,后期衰老也较慢。郑红23号的T/R值与其他2个品种相比维持在较低水平,说明其地上部和地下部生长协调性更好。收获时鲜薯产量表现为郑红23号>商薯19>郑红22,而淀粉产量则为郑红22>商薯19>郑红23号。从大田生长期至储藏期结束,3个品种的根部总淀粉率呈先升高后降低的趋势;蔗糖含量在大田生长期呈“降—升—降”的变化规律,而在储藏期则先升后降;葡萄糖和果糖含量在整个取样时期的变化趋势相似,均为“升—降—升—降—升—降”;麦芽糖含量在大田生长期呈波动变化,在储藏期则呈“升—降—升”的变化趋势;而海藻糖、鼠李糖等7种可溶性糖仅在部分品种或部分时期被检测到,无明显规律,其中海藻糖仅在3个品种的栽后10 d或15 d出现,推测其可能和根部淀粉的初始诱导合成相关。此外,3个品种根部蔗糖合成酶活性在大田生长期呈“降—升—降”的变化趋势,而在储藏期则呈“升—降—升—降”的变化趋势。
