摘要:
探究不同土壤管理制度对核桃园土壤理化性质以及细菌群落结构的影响,筛选适宜的土壤管理方法,为核桃园土壤科学管理提供参考。在种植20年的绿岭核桃园中,设置行间自然生草、间作油菜、间作王不留行和间作紫花苜蓿4种处理,以传统清耕为对照,研究不同土壤管理制度对核桃园土壤理化性质、土壤酶活性及细菌群落结构的影响。结果表明,与清耕相比,各处理土壤有机质含量提高2.77~7.52 g/kg,间作苜蓿与间作油菜处理的土壤全磷含量分别显著提高284.14、250.14 mg/kg。与对照相比,各处理的土壤细菌Chao1指数均有所增加;自然生草、间作油菜、间作苜蓿处理的Shannon指数也高于对照。所有土壤样品中,细菌群落的优势菌门是酸杆菌门、变形菌门、放线菌门,自然生草、间作油菜、间作苜蓿处理下土壤中酸杆菌门的相对丰度较清耕提高5.4%~12.3%。相关性分析发现,土壤速效磷含量与芽单胞菌门的相对丰度呈显著正相关,酸杆菌门的相对丰度与全氮、硝态氮含量呈显著正相关。综上所述,在核桃园中间作苜蓿和油菜的土壤管理方式可有效提升表层土壤养分含量,增加土壤酶活性,并提高土壤中细菌丰富度,从而达到改善土壤质量的目的。
