摘要:
为探究吡虫啉在桃树上的消解规律及可能产生的膳食风险,以水蜜桃为材料,采用QuEChERS样品预处理结合高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定吡虫啉在桃茎叶和桃果中的消解动态和最终残留水平。同时,对其残留量可能引起的短期和长期膳食安全风险进行全面评价。结果表明,在桃茎叶和桃果中,吡虫啉的定量限为0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率分别为87.60%~90.60%、88.40%~90.00%,消解的动态过程遵循一级反应动力学方程,其半衰期分别为379、7.15 d。吡虫啉在桃茎叶和桃果中的最终平均残留量分别为0.68~12.46 mg/kg以及≤0.38 mg/kg,桃果中检测到的残留量未超过我国规定的最大残留限量(MRL)标准。膳食安全评价结果显示,不同敏感人群其短期和长期膳食风险墒值均小于2.268 7%。表明按照规范使用10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂防治水蜜桃上的半翅目害虫,其膳食风险处于可接受范围。
