摘要:
以市售鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)为研究对象,从鳃中分离获得一株细菌,编号为Et-1,通过细菌形态学观察、理化特征鉴定、16S rDNA克隆测序及系统发育进化树构建等方法进行系统鉴定,结果表明Et-1菌株为革兰阴性杆菌,进一步PCR扩增Et-1菌株的16S rDNA序列为1 508 bp;系统进化树分析表明,Et-1菌株与迟钝爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda)亲缘关系最近,自然聚为一支,序列同源性达98.7%~100%,最终确定Et-1为迟钝爱德华氏菌。
